MINGO COUNTY, W.Va. (WYMT/WSAZ) - Charges are expected to be filed in a deadly accident involving a school bus.
The accident happened about 5 p.m. Wednesday near Breeden.
Mingo County Sheriff's Deputies say Lewis Perry crossed the center line and crashed into the bus head on.
Perry's passenger, Randolph Marcum was killed in the crash.
The driver of the school bus was not seriously hurt.
Deputies say they found pill bottles and alcohol cans in Perry's car.
Charges are expected to be filed in the case.
No kids were on the bus at the time of the crash.
