MANCHESTER, Ky. (WYMT) - The abuse case of a Clay County mother and father will now move into circuit court.
A Clay County grand jury returned indictments against Sonny Gray and Christina Collett.
Police charged them with criminal abuse in August after their 11-month-old son, Charlie Gray ,was taken to the hospital suffering from burns and lung irritation.
Officials say the child may have inhaled toxic fumes from a substance used to make meth.
