Child porn discovered on man's cell phone

Police say a Bell County man had child porn on his phone!

Middlesboro Police arrested 61-year old Charles William Farmer.

They started investigating after someone told them that Napier had multiple pornographic images of children on his iPhone.

Police found some of the same pictures on another phone that Farmer had.

None of the images are believed to be local children.
