A Harlan County baby is dead after what officials are calling a tragic accident.
Harlan County Coroner Phillip Bianchi tells Mountain News the nine month old Cumberland baby somehow got a hold of some medication and appears to have overdosed.
An autopsy is being performed.
State police are investigating, but say it was just an accident.
