Chop shop case is waived to grand jury

The case of three people in Letcher County accused of running a chop shop is waived to the grand jury.

Roger Tolliver, Henry Hall and Goldie Pierce were allegedly involved with the chop shop.

The investigation began when police say they received a tip from a company in Tennessee about a possible stolen truck in Letcher County.

The alleged chop shop was found just outside of neon where more than one million dollars in stolen property was discovered.
