One Harlan County city adopts a budget for the new fiscal year.

The Harlan Daily Enterprise reports that during a special called meeting on Monday, the Lynch City Council unanimously voted to approve the economic plan.

Lynch Mayor Taylor Hall says the budget does not give much leeway for unexpected expenses.

Wage increases are included in the plan for some of the city's employees.
