A line of credit has been approved to cover flood expenses in Middlesboro.
The Middlesboro City Council approved an estimated $250,000 of credit Tuesday night.
Middlesboro Mayor Bill Kelley says the credit line will allow the city to streamline the process of covering flood costs.
Officials say the street department is compiling a list of damaged roads to submit to FEMA.
