City receives grant from FEMA

FEMA has approved a nearly three million dollar grant for the city of Cumberland.

It will be used to improve the Russell Drive culvert, replace four sewage lift stations, install 16 backup generators in Cumberland, Benham and Lynch, and install seven warning sirens in those same communities.
