City still has no budget

There's still no agreement on a budget in one eastern Kentucky city.

Paintsville Mayor Bob Porter cancelled a special called meeting Tuesday night to discuss the budget.

Officials are still accepting proposals on the future of the city's ambulance service to determine if selling it would be an option.

Another meeting is set for next Tuesday.

Mayor Porter says the city will operate under the 2010-2011 budget until a new one is passed.
