Cody Clark the man who escaped from a work release program in Clay County is finally behind bars again ... but this time in Ohio!
Mary Lou Williams of the Lyttleton community is happy to hear that the man who police believe was once hiding out in the woods behind her house is now behind bars. "I mean I feared for my grandkids, I mean they are my life so we especially stayed up all that night on account of that."
Kenny Price with the Clay County Detention Center says Clark was found on April 6th in Batavia, Ohio. "He is charged with burglary two counts ... theft of a fire arm ... and resisting arrest."
Price tells us that clark will never be eligible for the work release program again.
We left messages with the Clermont County, Ohio Sheriff's department to find out exactly how they caught Clark.
they have not returned our phone calls.
