Company concerned plan involving prisoners could put it out of business

The president of a Kentucky factory worries prisoners could force his business to close.

Ashland Sales and Service Company in Olive Hill has a contract to make windbreakers for the Air Force.

The federal government is thinking about having federal prisoners make the windbreakers instead.

The president of Ashland Sales and Service said if that happens, around 100 employees at the factory could lose their jobs.
