Friday marks the two years since President Obama signed a controversial health care bill.
WYMT talked to Congressman Hal Rogers about what is going on in Washington to change that bill.
"We're trying to repeal it. It's pervasive. It will be awfully hard root out the different roots that are planted here and there. But we are working on it," said Congressman Rogers.
On Thursday, Congressman Rogers says the House of Representatives passed a bill that gets rid of one of the chief features of the health care bill.
He says it will be tough, but they are aiming to repeal it piece by piece.
