Congressman Hal Rogers recognized a boy scout in Morgan County who wrote him a letter just days before the storm hit.
A young boy scout in Troop 109 expressed his concern for the drug epidemic in the region. 10-year-old Aiden Morgan wrote a letter to Rogers and said he wanted to ask what he could do to help control the drug problem.
Rogers gave him two passes to an operation unite summer camp.
The place where Morgan's scout troop meets, the West Liberty Christian Church, was destroyed by the tornado.
