Constable is convicted of selling drugs

A Clay County Constable is convicted of selling pain pills and illegally having a gun.

Police arrested Constable Jack "The Tireman" Roberts and his wife in July.

Jack Roberts was elected constable last year despite previous convictions.

Jennifer Roberts pleaded guilty last month.

The Lexington Herald reports both will be sentenced in March.
