CORBIN, Ky. (WYMT/Corbin Times Tribune) - A Corbin man is behind bars, charged with sexual abuse and sodomy crimes from cases that are more than 20 years old.
The Corbin News Journal reports John Sutherland, 72, was arrested last week following an investigation by Kentucky State Police.
Sutherland is accused of sexually abusing a child on at least two different occasions in 1980 and sodomizing a second child on at least three occasions in 1992.
He is being held in the Knox County Detention Center on a $250,000 bond.
