Could a change be coming in Frankfort?

FRANKFORT, Ky. (WYMT) - There's buzz around the state capitol that Governor Beshear may make a move that could change a lot of things in Frankfort.

There's a vacancy in a judgeship in southern Kentucky after last week's death of Circuit Judge Eddie Lovelace.

Now the governor is said to be considering appointing Senate President David Williams to the post.

It would give Williams a higher paying job and it would take him out of Frankfort where he has blocked some of the governor's initiatives.
