Exactly one week ago we brought you a story of devastation and destruction out of West Liberty. Tornadoes touched down in parts of the city and county, tearing down homes and taking lives.
In one week's time, Morgan County lost 200 homes and businesses.
"We got some fire trucks knocked out, we got a fire truck. We had police cruisers knocked out, we received police cruisers today. That's just how good people have been to us," said West Liberty Mayor Jim Rupe, who got tears in his eyes talking about the support surrounding counties have provided, "I didn't know there were that many good people still left around. It has been simply amazing. Offers of donations, vehicles, fire trucks, you name it, they've offered it."
FEMA will begin registering families in Morgan County Saturday.
