Couple appears in court

A Bell County Constable and his wife went before a judge for a preliminary hearing.

Jesse James Hall and Juanita Hall ran a bingo parlor in Middlesboro.

Police say the funds raised were not going to charities, but for the couple's personal use.

The hearing was continued until March 8th.
