A couple is now charged with murder after the death of a two year old.
The commonwealth's attorney says a Floyd County grand jury returned murder indictments Tuesday afternoon against Jason and Gladys Dickerson.
Two year old Watson Adkins died in September after police found him unresponsive at the couple's home in Prestonsburg.
The Dickersons had custody of the child.
State records show allegations that the couple abused the toddler.
No court dates are set yet for the Dickersons.
