Two court dates are set for a man behind bars after allegedly assaulting a Perry County Deputy Jailer and stealing his van.
Stevie Wynn pleaded not guilty to charges of assault, wanton endangerment, escape and theft by unlawful taking.
Wynn faces charges in Knott, Perry, and Letcher Counties.
He will be back in court on April 23rd and 26th for pre-trial conferences.
