Crews battle massive fire in Pigeon Forge, several cabins destroyed

PIGEON FORGE, Tenn. (WVLT/WYMT) -- Sevier County fire crews are battling a massive fire in Pigeon Forge that has affected more than two dozen cabins.

According to the Sevier County Sheriff's Department, 35 cabins have been destroyed by the fire at Black Bear Ridge Resort.

The fire started at one cabin then spread, according to authorities.

All cabins in the area have been evacuated.

No injuries have been reported at this time.
