Deputies locate missing Laurel County man

LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. (WYMT) Sheriff John Root is reporting that the man reported as a missing person on Sunday night has been located safely in London.

At approximately 11:45 pm on Sunday night, the Sheriff's Office was notified that a friend of the missing man that he had seen Zachary Frank's picture on television.

Deputy Mikey Ashurst responded to the location in London and spoke with the Frank. He learned that father and son had an argument and the son left the residence in Western Laurel County and went to a location in London.

Police say that no further investigation will be conducted.


Crews are searching for a missing 20-year-old in Laurel County.

Laurel County Deputies say Zachary Frank has been missing since Friday around 6:00 pm.

He was last seen at his home where he lives with his father on Miller Road.

Franks is described as a white male, 5'8, 160lbs, with short hair.

He was wearing a black short sleeved shirt, cammo pants, and boots.

At this point police say no foul play is suspected, several crews are out searching for him.
