Crews were busy preparing Friday for the Fourth Annual Crockettsville Charity Concert and Trail Ride in Breathitt County.
Folks worked all day setting up for the event and everyone pitched in, including the singers! They say they didn't mind the hard work because its all for a good cause.
"For us its like being able to give back you know. For like Halfway to Hazard, there has been so much great support from Eastern Kentucky, especially you know for the band and then for us to be able to give a little bit back to the community," said David Tolliver and Chad Warrix with Halfway to Hazard.
"You know what. When I first got the call, it was all about helping out friends you know, but then we got down here and we got see what the Buckhorn Children's Center is all about and it was pretty amazing to see where the money is going and what the whole purpose of this is for and that made it even more special," said Keith Anderson.
The two day event starts Saturday and in addition to Halfway to Hazard and Keith Anderson, the event will feature performances Christian Kane, Randy Houser and others.
