A Morehead woman was arrested and charged in the murder of her father and the arson of his home.
Detective Kenny Shaw of the Pineville City Police said he knew the wanted woman, 19 year old Shelby Lynn Conley was in the Bell County area.
He tells us that when he saw her in Bell County District Court Tuesday morning, he arrested her without any altercation.
She was taken to Bell County Detention Center.
