David School director under investigation

One small school in Floyd County finds itself in the middle of an investigation regarding payments made to the school's Director.

Attorney General Jack Conway's office filed a petition against former school director Daniel Greene in Circuit Court.

Court records indicate that the state Attorney General's office is investigating payments made to Greene and asking the school to hand over documents related to those payments.

A petition was filed after Green allegedly used school funds for his own profit.

School principal Diantha Daniels says she's helping the students through this confusing time.

She also says that she cannot directly comment on the issue, but she continues to keep the Greene family in her prayers.
