A Pulaski County man was killed Friday afternoon while trying to cut down a tree.
The accident happened on Cotton Gin Cemetery Road in eastern Pulaski County.
The coroner says 48 year old Roger Burdine was cutting down the tree, when it fell on him and killed him instantly.
The coroner says Burdine, of Burdine Logging Company, was performing the work with his brother when the accident happened.
