Posted: Wed 11:11 PM, Jul 20, 2011

A Johnson County woman is behind bars facing several charges.

Sheriff's deputies arrested 44-year-old Carolyn Boggs after someone called saying she was destroying items inside a home.

When deputies arrived, they found Boggs hiding in some weeds near the home.

Deputies went to talk to her when she became combative, even trying to kick out windows in the cruiser.

She is charged with alcohol intoxication, criminal mischief, criminal trespassing, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest.
