Pike County officials have come up with a plan to help more than one hundred dogs rescued from a home in Grapevine.

The dogs were taken to the Pike County Animal Shelter.

County officials say they hope to get the dogs healthy and adopted into suitable homes.

Officials hope by December 6th they can invite the public to apply to adopt these animals.

They also say the shelter is in need of volunteers to assist in cleaning, bathing, and feeding the dogs.
