Thousands of bottles of water and other supplies collected in Pike County are being delivered to tornado ravaged counties.

Businesses and other organizations in Pike County donated all the water, food, and cleaning supplies.

All of the items are collected at the East Kentucky Expo Center.

Monday afternoon, a truckload of cleaning supplies went to West Liberty and a truckload of water went to Salyersville.

"We're still working diligently on helping others and getting them what they need in this time of need," said Jesse Bowling, Pikeville Director of Tourism and Events.

Rubbermaid also donated 300 garbage cans to the relief efforts that will go to hard hit counties.

Officials say items will be accepted all week at the Expo Center.
