Driver involved in a deadly crash has been indicted

PRESTONSBURG, Ky. (WYMT) - A Floyd County grand jury has indicted a driver involved in a deadly crash.

Police say 22-year-old James Mace's car crossed the center line of Kentucky 114 in May, slamming into Brenda Montgomery's car and killing her.

Mace is charged with her murder and assault.

Back in July, a grand jury indicted Mace and another man for a copper theft they allegedly committed just before the crash.
