BREATHITT COUNTY, Ky. (WYMT) - A woman was trapped in her car for nearly an hour after a wreck in Breathitt County.

Police say the woman was driving west on highway 30 East when she ran off the road, overcorrected and slid across the other lane.

They say the car crashed into a tree that broke apart and trapped the driver inside.

First responders say it took nearly half an hour to get her out.

The driver was with her two brothers who were able to get out of the car's passenger side.

All three were taken to hospital with injuries that are not life threatening.
