A truck over-corrected and ended up upside down when police say someone pulled out in front of it and kept driving in Hazard.
It happened on Highway 15 in the northbound lane just before noon.
The woman driving the truck says she tried to avoid the vehicle leaving the Exxon gas station.
The truck spun and hit a ditch but the other driver did not stop.
"Upon arrival we found a vehicle upside down. I believe EMS had pulled one person out of the vehicle," said Hazard Police Officer Paul Campbell.
The woman driving the truck declined an interview with us.
She did tell us she was on the way to Hazard ARH for minor injuries and was complaining of head pain.
