WHITESBURG, Ky. (WYMT) - It was a moment some Letcher County students will remember the rest of their lives.

The Letcher Central High School marching band and Junior ROTC were near the end of the inaugural parade.

They marched by the president just before 6:30pm Monday night.

The band raised tens of thousands of dollars for the trip.

They were the only band from Kentucky that was selected to participate.
