Severe weather looks likely on Saturday afternoon. The best chances appear to be between 2 p.m. Saturday and Midnight. Damaging winds, large hail, heavy rain, and an isolated tornado or two are possible. Friday marks one week since tornadoes devastated Kentucky, killing 23 people across the state.
In one of the hardest-hit areas, officials in Morgan County plan to hold a news conference at 5:47 p.m., the time one week ago when the tornadoes struck.
The Morgan County Emergency Operations Center plans to update information about contractors, volunteer services and donations.
