The name of a man injured in an explosion that occured last night at the Sarah Lee Baker on Main Street in London.
The silo worker was flown to UK Hospital after the explosion.
The man was reportedly cleaning a flour silo when something inside it ignited.
Crews say he suffered from third degree burns.
Firefighters say the work was part of routine cleaning, done a couple of times a year.
Another man was working at the plant at the time, but was not injured.
Investigators are still trying to determine what ignited the explosion.
The bakery is operating this morning.
