An explosion happens at a recycling center.
The fire chief tells us workers hit a propane tank with a back hoe causing it to explode at the Eastern Kentucky Recycling Center in Williamsburg.
No one was hurt and the fire is now out.
Some in the area say the explosion could be heard and felt from more than a mile away.
