Directors at the East Kentucky Expo Center in Pikeville are reminding people they are pro-coal supporters in an effort to sell tickets.
Ticket sales are lagging for Saturday night's Big & Rich and Gretchen Wilson concert.
Officials think Big Kenny's stance against mountaintop removal could be to blame.
They are offering a "Coal Miner's Appreciation" package which is four tickets for only $80.
"We are pro coal. We know what fuels the economy and supports everything we do around here, so we understand that part of it, and this is strictly us trying to provide entertainment," said Steve St. John.
