For Kentucky Football fans, this past season was underwhelming to say the least
“Since we've been doing so bad the past couple of years haven't kept up with it as much as I used to,” John Hopkins said.
When fans heard that Mark Stoops will soon take over Joker Phillilps position of head football coach, they say they breathed a sigh of relief
“A change from Joker Phillips is good because he's a good player’s coach but he just wasn't getting the results, not near what UK is used to, we're used to winning a lot but he just wasn't getting the results so I think it will be a good hire,” Hopkins said.
They hope Mark Stoops will restore optimism in football fans here in the Bluegrass.
