Fans willing to walk the extra mile to see Kentucky play

Kentucky's fan base is one of the strongest in the country. Fans for the Blue and White will do just about anything to see the Cats, including driving hundreds of miles and camping outside the Superdome.

That loyalty has some UK students waiting in line. Many have been there since eight Sunday night, just to get seating in the UK student section.

The students started lining up inside the Superdome, but then got moved. They then spent the night roaming around after being told by the NCAA that they couldn't camp out. That didn't stop students from getting a game plan together.

"They don't have lines. We are rushing. We are running for it, and we are getting our spots," said one fan.

"They don't want to deal with us as a liability. So, they are making sure that we are staying off their property, which includes the median in the middle of the road. So, all of us have just sort of been wondering around trying to find a different place to stay," another fan told our news crew in New Orleans.
