HARLAN, Ky. (WYMT) - A father and son in Harlan County face theft charges.
Robert and Bobby Perkins were arrested on Tuesday.
The pair was found in a creek on property owned by the Harlan County Outdoor Recreation Authority.
They were allegedly stealing railroad rails.
Police say the pair told them they had already taken several loads and sold them to Baxter Metal.
Both are charged with theft by unlawful taking.
