Father is accused of assaulting his daughter

LONDON, Ky. (WYMT) - One Laurel County father faces fourth degree assault charges.

Officials say Ronnie Ratliff allegedly assaulted his 16-year-old daughter.

The assault caused a possible injury to her chest.

He is being held at the Laurel County Detention Center.
