Police say a father burned his three-year old child with a cigarette while being arrested.
Sheriff's deputies were arresting Robert Chivers for a domestic disturbance when they told him to drop his cigarette.
He allegedly flicked it towards his wife who was holding their three-year old daughter, who police say was burned on the cheek.
Chivers was charged with wanton endangerment, assault, and a number of other crimes.
