A federal indictment concerning a stolen motorcycle ring is unsealed.
Five Kentucky men and three people from Ohio are charged with possessing stolen vehicle parts.
The indictment alleges VIN numbers were altered or obliterated on stolen motorcycles and then transferred the title to others before selling them.
Officials say the crimes took place in Bell and Boyd Counties and the defendants made more than two million dollars in profits.
