HAZARD, Ky. Whether you go to the Black Gold Festival for the games, rides, or just the atmosphere, one thing that's for sure is that you won't leave on an empty stomach.
Early Friday, crowds flocked to downtown Hazard, many on their lunch breaks.
And they came to the right place.
Food vendors from all over the country were out to to display their different food to festival goers.
Gyros...corndogs...kettlecorn...and almost anything fried.
Vendors say the most popular items at this festival are loaded nachos, and the classic Philly cheese steak.
