A fire destroys a Johnson County home, but no one was injured.
The fire started just before noon on Monday at a home on Route 201.
Firefighters say the family inside got out safely.
It took firefighters from three departments several hours to put out the flames.
They do not know what caused it.
"We don't know at this this time what it is or how it started. When we arrived on scene, it was fully engulfed and flames were coming through the roof," said Doug Wright with the Flat Gap Fire Department.
Officials say the Salvation Army is helping the family.
