FLOYD COUNTY, Ky. (WYMT) - It has been five years since a Floyd County man gunned down his niece and her husband.
Berry Hall was convicted for the murders of Lisa and Alan Tackett.
Hall went on trial last April.
A jury found him guilty, and he was sentenced to two life sentences without parole.
Last July Hall's lawyers requested a new trial, but the request was denied.
