Five arrested in Harlan County as part of joint operation

Five people are behind bars after police find drugs in two apartments in Harlan County.

Lynch Police tell Mountain News during part of a joint operation with the Benham Police this week, they found drugs in two homes at the Cumberland Manor Apartments.

Officers say as part of the investigation, Mary Scearse and Misty Richardson were arrested on drug charges.

Three others, Josh Mendoza, Dorian Cockrel and Erika Letnosky, were arrested for criminal trespassing.
