Five officers shot, one killed, in New Hampshire

GREENLAND, N.H. (AP) - The New Hampshire Attorney General says the body of a man suspected of killing a New Hampshire police chief and wounding four other officers during a drug raid has been found in a house along with that of an unidentified woman.

Attorney General Michael Delaney says a police robot was placed in the house around 2 a.m. Friday and detected the bodies of suspect Cullen Mutrie (MYOO-Tree) and an unidentified woman. He says both died of gunshot wounds.

Greenland Police Chief Michael Maloney was killed Thursday evening when he and other officers entered the house during a drug raid. Two officers from other communities were shot in the chest and were in intensive care early Friday. Two others were treated and released.
