Heavy rains lead to minor flooding in parts of Pike County.

Officials with the Judge Executives office say minor flooding was reported on Harless Creek and Road Creek in Pike County.

Water was covering roads, but no homes were flooded.

You might remember this area was hit very hard by major flooding two years ago July 27th.

Flash flooding was also reported in parts of Perry County.

The judge executive is declaring a state of emergency.

He says roads across the county have been damaged.

Officials say Fort Branch near Highway 7 has been washed out and will need major repairs.

No homes have been damaged in the county and no injuries have been reported.
