Flooding reported across the area

Heavy rains are being blamed for flooding and mudslides across parts of Leslie County.

Officials tell Mountain News water damaged several structures in the Warbranch Community.

We are told the rain also caused several mudslides along US 421 between the Mozelle Community and the Harlan-Leslie County Line.

There are no reports of injuries.

Our neighbors to the East are also dealing with flooding tonight.

Officials say several communities in Logan County, West Virginia are underwater.

Several homes and businesses in Logan, Fort Gay and other areas have water damage.
